There was some sort of tournament and kids were running all over the hotel premises, adults were loudly talking in the parking lot until 2 a.m., and somehow some guy opened our hotel room door (fortunately we used the safety bolt). Scary! It's totally unacceptable for them to overbook a prepaid room, and then offer to send you to a hotel that wasn't comparable in services/amenities offered.chirkyhttp://www.chirky.comnoreply@blogger.com
